The problem
Scope & contribution
Coordinate silo filling, product transfer, and truck-bin loading while enforcing plant protections and interlocks.
- Implemented the PLC program and SCADA interface for a grain-storage plant comprising 10 silos and more than 50 machines.
- Developed job-based operations for silo filling, product transfer, and truck-bin loading.
- Implemented protections, interlocks, pop-up windows, and color-coded process visualization using an object-oriented design.
