The problem
Scope & contribution
Coordinate the components of an automated sugar bagging machine through a PLC and operator interface.
- Developed the S7-300 PLC program and HMI visualization.
- Integrated the weighing hopper, feeding gates, discharge gate, and bag clamp.
- Coordinated the operator panel and infeed/outfeed systems.
